Kim Waters is a personal trainer and fitness instructor certified by American Sports and Fitness. Kim holds a variety of certifications in Les Mills, TRX Suspension Training and most recently certified in Mat Pilates through Power Pilates.
Kim joined "forces" with Saratoga Bootcamp owner and friend Heather LaFountain to help create a company program where “effective coaching” is a key element within our fitness practice.
Currently, Kim is a middle school teacher at Saratoga Central Catholic School and coaches girls lacrosse at multiple levels from college age athletes to beginners.
A lifelong participant in athletics herself, in both HS and College level basketball & tennis, Kim enjoys both the social and physical benefits of healthy activity, she also enjoys many winter sports and skiing with her family. She holds a Bachelors degree of Arts in Education and a Masters of Technology and Instructional Design. She is a wife and proud mother of 2 daughters.
