What do I need to bring to class?

Water, towel, comfortable sneakers, boxing gloves (for any boxing or Hiit 30 class- however we will have some to borrow for your first class)

What if the workouts are too hard for me?

We will modify your work out so that you will still get results.

What if I have a pre-existing injury or condition?

If you have a pre-existing injury or condition, in most cases your instructor will be able to work around it. If you are seeing a doctor for this injury or condition we do require a doctors note before you can participate in bootcamp.

Do your bootcamps have a minimum or maximum age range that you allow to participate?

Our classes are for ages 14 and up!
