Heather LaFountain

Heather has been in the fitness industry for almost 20 years! She has a degree from Castleton State College with a major in Exercise Science and minor in health/nutrition. She has been certified in various programs throughout the years such as Spinning, BODY PUMP, BODY COMBAT, Turbo kick, indoor rowing and TRX Suspension Training. She has also been certified in Personal Training and Small Group Training. Heather started as a personal trainer and manager of a health club after college and then worked for the next 12 years teaching group fitness classes and personal training at local health clubs.

In 2009 she decided to start her own company called Saratoga Bootcamp. These indoor/outdoor bootcamp classes were held at the Spa State Park and National Museum of Dance. Her focus for these classes was to provide individual attention within a supportive team environment, with modifications for every fitness level.

Heather’s dream was always to open her own studio and expand her fitness business. In June 2016 she is opening “SBC Bike & Box studio”. This studio will provide HIIT classes (High intensity Interval training) with a focus on indoor cycling, boxing, as well a 30 minute circuit workout option!

Heather is also a wife and mother of 2 girls currently living in the Saratoga area.
